alphaAI Capital 2026 Deposit Match Program: Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The alphaAI Deposit Match Program (“Promotion”) offers eligible participants a one-time cash bonus based on the average account balance maintained during a 90-day holding period, subject to the terms below.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is available to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Open and maintain an alphaAI account in good standing
• Make at least one qualifying deposit during the promotional period

Only one Promotion per person is permitted. Creating or using multiple accounts to attempt to earn more than one bonus is prohibited.

alphaAI reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. Promotional Period

• Promotion Start Date: January 20, 2026
• Promotion End Date: June 1, 2026

alphaAI reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, including adjusting promotional dates, with or without notice.

4. Qualifying Deposits & Holding Period

A “Qualifying Deposit” is a completed deposit of new funds into an eligible alphaAI account during the promotional period.

The 90-day holding period begins on the date of the participant’s first qualifying deposit made during the promotional period.

Participants may make multiple deposits during the promotional period. All qualifying deposits will be included when calculating bonus eligibility, provided all Promotion requirements are satisfied.

5. Bonus Determination

The bonus amount will be determined based on the participant’s average daily account balance maintained during the 90-day holding period (“Average Qualifying Balance”).

In addition, the participant’s account balance on the 90th day (“Final Balance”) will be considered to ensure consistency with the Average Qualifying Balance and compliance with the intent of the Promotion.

The applicable bonus tier will be based on the lower of:

• The Average Qualifying Balance during the holding period, and
• The Final Balance on the 90th day

The bonus amount will then be determined according to the following tiers:

Qualifying Balance

Bonus Amount

$1,000 – $9,999: Up to $24

$10,000 – $24,999: Up to $25

$25,000 – $49,999: Up to $60

$50,000 – $99,999: Up to $125

$100,000 – $249,999: Up to $250

$250,000+: Up to $500

If the applicable qualifying balance is below $1,000, no bonus will be awarded.

Bonus amounts are not cumulative. Each participant may receive one bonus only.

6. Withdrawals and Balance Changes

Withdrawals, transfers, or other activity that materially reduce the account balance during the holding period may reduce the Average Qualifying Balance and/or Final Balance, which may result in a lower bonus tier or loss of eligibility.

Deposits made shortly before the end of the holding period that are inconsistent with the participant’s Average Qualifying Balance may not materially increase bonus eligibility.

7. Bonus Payment

Eligible bonuses will be credited as cash directly to the participant’s qualifying alphaAI account on or around the 90th day after the first qualifying deposit, following verification of eligibility.

Bonus timing may vary due to operational or administrative factors.

8. Prohibited Activity & Disqualification

alphaAI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withhold, deny, or revoke bonuses from participants who:

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior
• Attempt to game the Promotion or circumvent its intent
• Create or use multiple accounts to earn additional bonuses
• Violate alphaAI’s terms of service or applicable laws

alphaAI’s determinations regarding eligibility and bonus qualification are final.

9. No Investment Performance Guarantee

Bonuses are promotional incentives, not investment returns, and are not tied to portfolio performance. Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee any investment outcome.

All investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.

10. General Terms

alphaAI reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time
• Correct errors in bonus calculations or tier determinations
• Suspend or terminate the Promotion at its discretion

The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
